AutoDropper MK2 released
The AutoDropper MK2 is a major upgrade from the MK1 control unit. The MK2 features a 480x800 resolution 3.97” touch screen display. A new user interface allows quick and easy access to all system functions. The dispense screen displays all of the prudent information including current weight, target weight range, success rate, dispense count, average dispense time, last dispense time and dispense status. The dispense status is reported as on screen and by changing the screen background. The screen background changes to green if the dispense process was successful and red if it failed.
The AutoDropper MK2 supports over the air (OTA) updates via WiFi. The OTA updates are user initiated by first checking for an update from the system screen and then by applying it. System settings and load profiles are retained when upgrading from one version to the next. The OTA updates will allow for bug fixes and new features to be released as necessary.
The AutoDropper MK2 is an innovative, automatic, fully-featured powder dispensing system. This system consists of the bulk dispenser and the trickler. The bulk dispenser dispenses large amounts of powder quickly, while the trickler precisely dispenses small amounts of powder to reach the final target weight. The AutoDropper MK2 paired with the lab grade A&D FX/FZ series of balances is capable of dispensing loads in mere seconds while maintaining a +/- 0.02 GN accuracy. Works with all smokeless reloading powder types.
Features
The system is standalone and does not require you to download any apps on your phone.
Ability to dispense all types of smokeless powders including ball, flattened disk, extruded, etc.
The system can learn from previous dispense cycles to automatically adjust parameters to reduce overthrows and decrease dispense time.
Ability to auto-dispense. The system starts to dispense another load as soon as a empty cup is placed back on the balance.
Ability to dispense ladder loads. The user can specify the number of steps, step increase and number of rounds to dispense at each step. The system will automatically adjust the weight based on your progress.
Ability to store 15+ load profiles.
Load profile includes ability to specify accuracy. By default the accuracy is +/- 0.02 GN. Dispense result within the +/- 0.02 GN of the target weight would be valid and accepted. This becomes important with powders with very heavy kernels such as N570, Retumbo, IMR 4350, etc. The accuracy parameter allows the user to adjust the valid result range.
Example: Powder N570 has a single kernel weight of .08 GN.

Integrates with FX and FZ series of balances from A&D including the 120i, 200i, 300i and 500i.
Comes with replacement draft shields, thus eliminating need to modify original ones that came with the balance.
No belts or rubber bands to adjust/maintain.

Warranty
The AutoDropper MK2 is warranted to be free from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the period of two (2) years from the invoice date. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners. The warranty covers all parts and components supplied with the AutoDropper MK2. Please keep a copy of your invoice as this will serve as your proof of purchase. This product is intended for non-commercial use. Any other use of this product will void the warranty.
